Just wanted to let y’all know we will be on a new show on The History channel Thursday 2/18 at 6 & 8 PM Pacific time. The name of the show is called Food Tech & the episode is called “Southern Fried”. Check your local listings for channels. Please tune in & support us!!!

The Ragin Cajun Cafe will open AT 3:00 PM this Sunday January 24th. So we need ya’ll to come on down and help cheer the Saints on to the SuperBowl!
